Since I started my journey as a nutritional health coach, I have observed how it affects me and my family's health and moods, depending on what we eat. The average "ready to eat" options have so many things that shouldn't be there, that we are all experiencing more and more the effects of organic disconnection and overall imbalance. For me, food is medicine for our bodies and soul. So, with that said, I'm excited to finally offer to this lovely community my delicious chilean-style organic Empanadas, made with organic stoneground flour, to maximize the nutritional density of my product and natural spring water, which has been naturally filtered and it doesn't contain any of the aluminium, chlorine or fluoride from our regular tap water. The fillings are made with 100% organic or European ingredients and grass fed finished beef and dairy, with the intention of reducing the exposure of chemical body disruptors and to encourage environmental friendly farming.
